We have been a family owned business since 1952. We offer friendly service as we cut and grind our meat fresh every morning and all day long! We can special cut any roast, steak or pork chop. Specialty roasts include: Prime rib, beef tenderloin, crown roast and our famous stuffed pork roasts!
We are famous for our delicious home-made brats as well with over 20 flavors to choose from including Original, Beer, Cheese, Bacon Cheddar, Loaded, Hawaiian, Volcano, Italian, Garlic & Onion, Honey Garlic, Taco, Pizza, Apple, Apple Beer, Apple Cheddar, St. Patty's Day Brats, Cajun, Atomic, Insanity, Double Insanity, Ghost Pepper, Apple Pie, Blueberry Pie, Cherry Pie, Philly Cheese-steak and more!
We offer several different bundles! All of our bundles are done up fresh when you order it, so that you get exactly what you want, wrapped the way you want! Our bundles are made from the finest quality meat and our prices are unbeatable. Get more for your money with meat you can trust!

DEER PROCESSING
Yes we also process deer! We have been doing this for 20 years now. We skin, cut, grind and wrap your deer. We also offer many other options, such as summer sausage, slim sticks and ring bologna with 7 flavors to choose from, including: regular, cajun, cheddar, jalapeno, jalapeno and cheddar, habanero, habanero and cheddar. We have jerky with 4 flavors to choose from, including regular, peppered, terriyaki & hot. We can also make Bratwurst with over 20 flavors to choose from and breakfast sausage with 4 flavors to choose from!
We also participate in the HUSH program. You can donate your deer to the Hush Program and we will skin, cut and grind it all up. We then package it up and send it to a local food bank for homeless shelters. (be sure to still have your deer tag, even if donating) Happy Hunting!
